The airport at Toulouse is just under an hour away (if you dont hit rush hour on the Peripherique!) . Blagnac airport ( click here for more info) has flights from all areas of the UKand flights every day. is a main carrier.

Carcassone airport is just over an hour from Pechine (click here for more details). This has Flights with from the Uk but not every day.

The TGV has speeded up train travel in france and Toulouse is about 51/2 hours from Paris. From Toulouse there is a local service south which will take you to Pamiers or Foix

As you can see from the map the autoroute network is easily reached from Pechine . The trip from Le Havre has been done in 8 hrs but we would recommend an overnight stop.
